Alle pasienter med muskelinfiltrerende sykdom og hvor det planlegges kurativ behandling skal vurderes i multidisiplinært team MDT for å skreddersy optimal behandling. Dette gjelder særskilt vurdering for kjemoterapi før cystektomi.

Anbefalinger:

Pasienter hvor det planlegges radikal cystektomi eller radikal strålebehandling skal vurderes i multidisiplinært team for å skreddersy optimal behandling inkludert neoadjuvant behandling.
